This volume, and it's volume #1, are truly a surperlative product. Another Jerry Cole winner. I've never done any kind of weight training before and was cautious to do so because I didn't want to injure myself. Unlike some "flying" books that disappoint, this one really does have lots of details about his flights, plus he shares details about his encounter with the Lord, his beyond-and-back experience, and sharing his faith.
