Natura nihil facit persaltum; and in the history of philosophy there are no absolutebeginnings. Not every situation can be resolved.You can certainly just read through the book from start to finish, but where most books you read once and then donate to your local library, this one is a keeper. There isn't a single footnote or reference of any kind in spite of a 'Selected Bibliography' at the end of the book. I have never shed tears so often while reading a book.
