This book is basically worthless for anyone looking for information on cocaine or crack addiction. The development of the relationship is handled well, and is believable to a modern audience. I recommend the book, though. I was understandably startled when I saw this coffee table book with her name on it.I started looking through the book and discovered that the author's valuable advice is plentiful. It will stand alone, but why would you deprive yourself when there are two breathtaking books to read about these lovely women. Whether you have a whole room or just a tiny corner to work in this book will help you.. Creative storage solutions, filing secrets and the basic home office supplies you will need are also covered. And so are gorgeous full-color photos of examples of the designs and approaches the author recommends. It is extremely clearly written and not at all inaccessible to the average person who is just curious about these issues, however, so don't think that by research paper I mean it's 'boring' or unengaging. While this book is well-designed and many of the photographs are lovely and thought-provoking (Are these men friends, brothers, lovers?)Two therapists who work with cocaine addicts describe the effects of cocaine addiction and the addiction process, discuss the personal stories of several addicts, and outline a recovery program.
